Sportsbook Rules

1. Types of Markets

The terminology used in these rules may vary depending on the sport. For example, outcomes might be described as goals (in football), points (in basketball), sets (in tennis), maps (in E-sports), or rounds (in boxing). Similarly, participants may be teams, individual players, or doubles; time segments may be referred to as match, half, quarter, period, map, or round; and competitions may be named tournaments, leagues, championships, or cups. These examples are provided to illustrate possible variations across different sports.

• Match Winner – predict the winner of the match.
• 3-Way Betting – predict the outcome of the market with three possible results: first team win, draw, or second team win.
• 2-Way Betting – predict the outcome of the market with only two possible results: first team win or second team win.
• Total – predict whether the total number of goals scored by both teams in a match will be over or under the specified number. If the total is exactly equal to the specified number, the bet will be settled as void.
• Handicap – predict which team will win after applying the handicap spread to the actual score. A positive or negative number of goals is added to the team's final score. If the result after applying the handicap is a draw, the bet will be settled as void.
• Double Asian Handicap is a bet placed with a handicap value (H) that is a multiple of 0.25 but not a multiple of 0.5 — for example: H = -0.25, +0.25, -0.75, +0.75, etc. Such a bet is interpreted as two separate (simple, “half”) bets at the same odds, using the nearest quarter-point handicap values: H1 = H - 0.25 and H2 = H + 0.25. The stake for each “half” bet is equal to half of the total “Double” bet amount.
• Double Total Bet is a type of Total bet where the Total value (T) is a multiple of 0.25 but not a multiple of 0.5 — for example: T = 2.25, 2.75, 3.25, etc. This bet is also interpreted as two separate (simple, “half”) bets at the same odds, using the nearest quarter-point total values: T1 = T - 0.25 and T2 = T + 0.25. The stake for each “half” bet is equal to half of the total “Double” bet amount.

The following examples are simplified four options of settlement for such "Double" bets:

Example 1. Both half bets are won by the Client. • In this case, the payout (S) is S=k*C.
Where k is the odds listed in the line,
C is the sum of the Client’s bet.
To settle the “Parlay”, the odds K = k is used.

Example 2. One half of the bet is won and the other is void. • In this case, the payout (S) = (k + 1)/2*C
And to settle the “Parlay”, the odds K=(k + 1)/2 will apply.

Example 3. One half of the bet is void and the other one is lost. • In this case, S=0.5*C, and to settle the “Parlay”, the odds K=0.5 will apply.

Example 4. Both bets are lost. • In this case, S=0, and the odds to settle the “Parlay” is K=0.

• Double Chance – place a bet that covers two of the three possible outcomes: home win or draw (1X), away win or draw (X2), or either team to win (12).
• HT/FT (Half Time / Full Time) – predict both the result at half time and at full time. Overtime is not included. In the app, outcomes are represented as: 1 (first team win), 2 (second team win), or X (draw). The first symbol indicates the half-time result, and the second one shows the final result. The outcome of the second half alone is irrelevant. In the desktop version, team names and the word “Draw” are used. Example: If the match ends 1:1, and the first half was 1:0, then in the app, the “1/X” outcome wins.
• Correct Score – predict the exact final score of the selected match.
• Result and Total – predict both the match outcome and whether the total will be over or under the specified number.
• Race to N Goals – predict which team will be the first to score the Nth goal.
• Both Teams to Score – predict whether each team will score at least one goal during the match. Own goals are counted in favor of the opposing team.
• To Take Nth Place – predict the final standing position that the selected team will occupy.
• Team to Score Goal N – predict which team will score the Nth goal in the match (e.g. the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd goal etc.).
• Halves Scoring Comparison – predict in which half the most goals will be scored by both teams combined.
• Winning Margin – predict the exact margin by which one participant (team or individual) will defeat the other, measured in goals, points, time, or any other relevant unit depending on the sport.

2. Types of Bets

The Betting Company offers the following types of bets:

• "Single" – a wager placed on a single event. The winnings for a “Single” bet are calculated as the stake multiplied by the odds of the selected event.
• "Parlay" – a wager placed on two or more events that do not correlate with each other. The winnings for a “Parlay” bet are calculated as the stake multiplied by the product of the odds for all events included in the parlay. The Client may include any combination of outcomes from any sports events, provided that they are not correlated. A “Parlay” bet is settled as a win only if all included events are predicted correctly; if at least one prediction is incorrect, the “Parlay” bet is lost. The maximum odds for a “Parlay” bet are 3500.
• "System" – a wager consisting of a full combination of parlays of the same dimension, as selected by the Client. The winnings for a “System” bet are calculated as the sum of the winnings from all successful parlays within the “System” bet. The maximum odds for a “System” bet are 2000.
• "Boosted odds" – a daily promotional offer in which selected events are made available at enhanced odds, subject to specific terms and conditions, as compared to standard betting markets. The Betting Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw boosted odds offers at its sole discretion without prior notice and bears no responsibility for any losses or claims resulting from such actions.

3. General Settlement Rules

• If a match is postponed or delayed for more than 36 hours from the originally scheduled start time, all bets will be void.
• If a match is interrupted for any reason and not completed within 12 hours of the originally scheduled start time, all unsettled bets on markets whose outcomes were not determined prior to the interruption will be void.
• If the "Home" and "Away" teams are mistakenly swapped, all bets will be void — unless the match is played at a neutral venue.
• Match regulations are determined by the tournament’s official governing body, unless otherwise stated in the betting line.
• In case of any discrepancy between the General Settlement Rules and the Sport-Specific Rules, the Sport-Specific Rules shall prevail.
• If the result is changed or cancelled (protest, doping, etc.), the original result will remain in betting.
• If more than one player (team) is announced as the competition winner, the bets placed on the victory of these players (teams) are settled at the odds 1.
• Betting company announces the actual results on the basis of official records and other sources of information after the event. In a disputable situation, when different results for the same event are posted by various sources, with their obvious mistakes, the final decision about the results determination for bets settlement is made by the Betting company.
• If there is reason to assume that the bet was placed after the outcome of the event became known, or after the selected player / team gained a significant advantage (e.g., the advantage in the score, sending off or substitution of player, etc.), the Betting company reserves the right to cancel these bets (make a refund), both winning and losing.
• The Client shall bear sole and full responsibility for the placement of all bets. The Betting Company shall not be liable for, nor shall it cancel or refund, any bets that are placed incorrectly, regardless of the cause, reason, or party responsible for such incorrect placement.

4. Conditions of Bets Acceptance

• The bets are accepted based on the line, i.e. the list of upcoming events at the odds for their outcomes offered by the Betting company.
• Line changes (handicaps, winner odds, totals, limitations for parlays, maximum bet amounts and others) can happen after any bet, but the terms for already placed bets remain without change. The bets are accepted for the amount that does not exceed the account balance.
• The amount of bets for any event during one betting day cannot exceed the maximum bet for the event shown on the line (for the line of the same date). If there are bets with total amount exceeding the maximum bet, such bets will not be accepted.
• The bets are accepted before the event starts. The bets that are placed after the start of the event are not valid and such bets will be refunded. These bets are removed from parlays. The exceptions are so-called live bets during the event. These bets are valid and will be refunded only if for some reason the bets have been placed after the event has ended. The results update in the progress of live events is for information purposes only. Live scores, statistics, or other in-play information displayed on the platform are provided for informational purposes only and may contain inaccuracies. All bet settlements are based exclusively on official results as determined by the relevant governing body.
• The date and the time for the event start specified in the line are informative only. A wrong date is no reason to refund the bet if the bet has been placed before the start of the event. For bets settlement, the actual time of the event start is used. This time is determined according to the official documents (websites referenced by the Betting company when collecting information) of the organization that holds the competition, match, etc.
• The Betting company accepts no responsibility for incorrect spelling of players' surnames, team names and cities names of the events on which the bets are placed.
• In case of mistakes of the staff in the preparation and publication of the betting line, or there was an obvious failure in the computer software which determines the betting line (obvious mistakes in the odds, odds discrepancy in various positions, etc.), the Betting company has the right to unilaterally recognize the concluded agreement (including the bets placed before or after the beginning of the event, which concerns mistake), refuse to fulfill obligations under such an agreement and return the bet to the Client.
• The bets cannot be changed or cancelled after the Client has placed the bet and received a verification.
• A connection failure and other technical mistakes in communication are no reasons to change or cancel a bet if the bet has been registered on the server.
• Loss of password is no reason to change or cancel a bet or to cancel a payout request.
• Each Client is granted one gaming account. Exceptions are granted by the administrator of the Betting company depending on the individual Client. The Client is obliged to apply preliminarily to administrator of the Betting company for granting him such a right, posterior applications are considered as a violation.
• The Client cannot give a permission to anybody else to use his/her gaming account.
• The Betting company reserves the right to apply limitations or refuse from accepting bets from any person without explanation of reasons and prior written notice.

5. Financial Limitations

• Minimum bet amount is the equivalent of 0.5 EUR.
• Maximum odds in parlays are 3500. If the odds are more than 3500, the winnings will be counted as if the odds were exactly 3500. However, the winnings must not exceed the maximum winnings for one bet.
• The maximum bet amount for each event depends on the event and the sport. The maximum bet amount will be defined by the Betting company individually for each event and wagering form and it can be changed without giving written notice. The Betting company reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount for certain events and change the betting limits for individual Clients without notice.
• The maximum payout for one bet is the equivalent of 1,000,000 EUR in the respective account currency.

6. Cashout

• "CashOut" option is the ability to settle your bet before its outcome is known.
• "CashOut" amount depends on the course of events and changes of odds in the game that you selected. It may be higher or lower than your original bet.
• "CashOut" option is available only for your unsettled bets.
• "CashOut" option will be active both for Pre-match and Live betting.
• If you have several bets (single bet and Parlay or several single bets and Parlays), then "CashOut" option will be available separately for each of these bets.
• "CashOut" option is available only for the whole Parlay but not for its separate events. If some event in Parlay has finished according to your bet, then "CashOut" option will be available for recording the profit that you have already won.
• "CashOut" option is provided on the condition that the markets, in which you have placed your bets, are still open.
• You can apply "CashOut" option to your unsettled bets in the "Account History" tab.
• The settlement amount will be displayed next to each of your bets for which "CashOut" is available.
• Betting company does not guarantee that "CashOut" option will be available at any time.
• If your "CashOut" request for an individual bet is successful, then your bet will be settled instantly and the appropriate amount of funds will be credited to your gaming account. In this case, the result of selected event will not matter for settlement of this bet.
• Betting company reserves the right to accept or reject any "CashOut" request for any kinds of sports, competitions or markets.

7. Multi-Accounts, Arbitrage and Fraud

Multi-Accounts:
It is strictly prohibited to create duplicate accounts or use another person’s account to place bets or participate in games.
Any suspicion of multiple-account usage grants the Company the right to suspend or permanently close the related accounts.

Arbitrage and Parallel Betting:
It is prohibited to use betting strategies that exploit differences in odds between bookmakers or to place bets on all possible outcomes of an event in order to guarantee a profit (arbitrage / arbing).

Fraud and Unfair Play:
Any fraudulent, illegal, or unfair use of the Services is strictly forbidden.
Such actions include, but are not limited to:

• Collusion with other players;
• Use of automated bots, artificial intelligence, or third-party software to gain an advantage;
• Use of non-public or insider information for betting purposes;
• Exploitation of technical errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities of the Services.

Consequences of Violations:

• Suspension and/or closure of the account;
• Cancellation of affected bets and related transactions;
• Retention of funds, including winnings derived from the violation;
• Total confiscation of funds and permanent account closure in case of confirmed fraud, multi-accounting, or arbitrage;
• All decisions made by the Company regarding account suspension or bet cancellation are final and not subject to appeal.

8. Sport-Specific Rules

• Below is a list of all available markets, along with relevant notes and descriptions.
• In the Sport-Specific Rules, markets are grouped into compact lists, each accompanied by brief explanatory comments. A single list may include markets for the entire match as well as for specific segments — such as halves, quarters, periods, or sets. The descriptions typically include the phrase: "All bets will be settled in accordance with the official result of regular time." Thus, all results used to settle individual markets will be derived from the official full-time match result.
• Sports are marked in bold and underlined, while individual markets are marked in bold.

9. Betting Integrity and Fair Use 

9.1. By placing bets, the User confirms that all activity is conducted in good faith and in full 
compliance with the Company’s Terms of Service.

9.2. The Company reserves the right to void bets where there are reasonable grounds to believe 
that: 

• the User is attempting to circumvent the intended operation of the betting system  
• the User is exploiting technical delays, errors, or weaknesses  

9.3. Any such actions may be considered a breach of the Terms of Service and treated as abuse

10. Opposing Bets and Risk Circumvention 

10.1. The Company reserves the right to review and void bets where wagering activity:

• involves opposing or mutually exclusive outcomes  
• is structured to eliminate or materially reduce risk  

10.2. Such activity may be considered an attempt to circumvent the betting system. 
10.3. In such cases, the Company may: 

• void related bets  
• adjust settlements  
• restrict or withhold winnings in accordance with the Terms of Service 

11. Collusion and Coordinated Activity

11.1. Users must not engage in coordinated activity with other users in a manner that 
circumvents the intended operation of the platform.

11.2. This includes, but is not limited to: 

• coordinated betting across multiple accounts  
• placing opposing bets to reduce or eliminate risk  
• acting together to bypass system controls or limitations  

11.3. Where such activity is identified, the Company reserves the right to: 

• void bets
• suspend or terminate accounts  
• withhold winnings 

12. Linked Accounts 

12.1. The Company may determine that accounts are linked where there is reasonable evidence 
of connection, including: 

• shared devices or technical data  
• similar betting behaviour  
• financial or transactional links 

12.2. Where accounts are deemed linked, they may be treated as a single user for enforcement 
purposes.

13. Identity and Location Integrity

13.1. Users must provide accurate, complete and truthful information, as required under the 
Terms of Service. 

13.2. Any attempt to conceal or misrepresent identity or location, including through technical 
means, may be considered a breach of the Terms of Service.

13.3. In such cases, the Company reserves the right to: 

• void bets  
• suspend or close the account  
• refuse or withhold withdrawals  

14. Abuse of the Platform 

14.1. Any behaviour that: 

• circumvents system controls  
• exploits weaknesses or errors  
• interferes with the normal operation of the platform may be considered abuse.

 
14.2. In cases of suspected abuse, the Company reserves the right to: 

• void bets  
• adjust account balances  
• restrict or terminate accounts 

 
15. Right of Final Decision 

15.1. The Company reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion: 

• whether activity constitutes abuse or circumvention  
• whether accounts are linked  
• whether bets are valid  

15.2. All decisions shall be final in accordance with the Terms of Service 

These Sportsbook Rules form an integral part of the Terms of Service and are to be read in 
conjunction with them. In the event of any inconsistency, the Terms of Service shall prevail.
