SELF EXCLUSION POLICY
1. General
1.1. To self-exclude means to stop betting or gambling for a set time. Self-exclusion can be temporary or permanent.
1.2. By requesting self-exclusion Client agrees to the following terms and conditions, which will be effective from the minute Client receives a confirmation email. This email will be sent to the email address used to register Client’s account only and will display the date of self-exclusion completion.
1.3. Being a self-excluded means that Client will not be able to create a new Account, use pre-existing Account, make any transactions such as deposits, bets, wagers, withdrawals etc.
1.4. SUVYD B.V. will cease any marketing and promotional communication to Client once self-exclusion is activated and until re-activation of Client’s Account.
2. Conditions and Processes
2.1. The request for Self-Exclusion form shall include the following information:

The length of the self-exclusion period requested by an individual
2.2. The request for self-exclusion must be made by the individual for whom the exclusion would apply, and not by any other person. It needs to be a positive action of the individual to self-exclude himself/herself from online lottery activities.
2.3. The minimum period of self-exclusion is 1 day. Self-exclusions are also available for 1 week, 1 month and 6 months. Client can also opt for an indefinite self-exclusion, without any timeframe.
2.4. Once a self-exclusion is applied to Client’s account, it will stay in place until the request time has finished, it will not be reversed or decreased for any reason. Permanent self-exclusions will remain closed indefinitely.
2.5. As an alternative, Client can opt for the self-exclusion via Curacao eGaming self-exclusion form. In this case, Client will be excluded for a specified period but not shorter than 6 months.
2.6. Client should settle all pending bets and wagers before requesting self-exclusion and also withdraw balance, if any. It is not permitted to leave any balance in account during a self-exclusion time period.

2.8. If Client has an account affected by a self-exclusion that has any active bets, the Cash Out function will be applied at the point of self-exclusion confirmation. Bets will not be reinstated after a self-exclusion completion.

2.10. Upon receipt of Client’s request, SUVYD B.V. will take necessary measures to block Client’s access to the Account and cease sending any marketing and promotional materials. However, it would not extend to blanket marketing which is targeted at a particular geographical area and where the excluded individual would not knowingly be included.
2.11. SUVYD B.V. maintains a register of self-excluded Clients with appropriate records.
2.12. Once Client’s selected self-exclusion has come to an end, Client’s account will automatically be reopened. Client will receive an email confirmation of this information which will be sent to Client’s registered email address.
3. Responsibilities
3.1. SUVYD B.V.’s responsibility is only to take reasonable steps to prevent Self Excluded Client from gambling on any of Company’s products.
3.2. SUVYD B.V. ensures that all staff who are involved in the coordination of clients are aware of the self-exclusion system and are able to direct the individual to an immediate point of contact with whom/which to complete that process.
3.3. Client accepts that SUVYD B.V. will not be held responsible or liable if Client attempts to open any new account or indeed succeed.
3.4. SUVYD B.V. will not be held liable or accountable if Client continues to deposit and wager using additional accounts which have previously not been disclosed.
3.5. If Client proceeds to act contrary to a self-exclusion request, nor any of SUVYD B.V.’s employees or affiliated persons shall be held accountable or liable for any losses Client may suffer. Any losses incurred during yourself-exclusion period will not be refunded.
3.6. If Client acts contrary to a self-exclusion request, SUVYD B.V. retains discretion to terminate or void any wagers Client has placed and to take other appropriate action.
3.7. It is the Client’s responsibility to refrain from breaching these agreed terms.
4. Other Advices
4.1. If Client decides to activate self-exclusion on SUVYD B.V.'s Website, it is strongly recommended to activate this regime on any other online gambling Websites where Client has open accounts.
4.2. Once Client’s self-exclusion regime is active, SUVYD B.V. also encourages to seek for professional mental help from specialized organization in order to effectively any adverse implications from compulsive gambling.
