RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING POLICY
(version 1.0, dated 07 September, 2023)
SUVYD B.V. offers its clients a wide and high-quality selection of online games and other entertainment. SUVYD B.V. also cares about its clients, that is why we encourage responsible gambling.
The purpose of the responsible gambling policy of SUVYD B.V. is to minimize the negative consequences of gambling. The key task of this policy is to ensure that appropriate measures are taken promptly to encourage responsible gambling among our clients.
Each of our clients can choose the type of entertainment they want without extra costs and receive the best service. All the choices we offer are completely safe, as the main principles of SUVYD B.V. are honesty, reliability, and security. We will do our best to avoid even the slightest problems that may arise during the betting process.
Gambling in online casinos is mostly conducted for entertainment purposes. However, there is a certain percentage of clients who lose control while playing. Before you start playing, it is important to realize that gambling should not be considered as a source of income or a means of paying off debts. It is useful to track the time and amount of money spent in online casinos on a daily basis.
Based on a responsible and fair attitude to the game process and to each client in particular, SUVYD B.V. maintains a responsible gambling policy among its clients.
Our responsible gaming policy ensures that:
-
There are no players under the age of 18 in the game.
-
There are no illegal players on our website.
-
Our software is fair in all our games.
-
You can leave the game at any time if you feel that gambling is affecting you negatively.
In addition, as a client, you have the option to put a loss limit on your account (among other limits such as «Deposit», «Cooling Off», «Wager», and «Self-Exclusion» that can be applied in «Responsible Gambling» tab of your Personal Profile).
To clarify the functionality of this limit, the loss is based on the deposit made by the player and not on winnings that are attributable to the deposit amount. If a player, for example, deposits €100, has a loss limit of €30 and the player goes on and wins €2,000, the player can still lose more than €30 of the €2,000 balance as it's based on the initial deposit instead of the winnings.
Client security
SUVYD B.V. cares about the safety of its clients. Player protection includes the prohibition of gambling by persons under the age of 18, as well as the protection of player privacy, including the secure storage & processing of player data and payment information.
Prevention of gambling addiction
The majority of clients who spend their leisure time gambling online place bets on sporting events and play for fun in a moderate amount. Particular habits (such as shopping, sports, eating) that are considered social norms can be highly addictive and cause addiction in some people.
SUVYD B.V. strongly recommends to players with signs of gambling addiction to suspend their gambling activities.
If you notice any changes in your gaming behavior, we recommend that you contact the appropriate organizations for quick and professional advice and support:
If you feel you may have a problem with your gambling, ask yourself the following questions:
-
Have others ever criticized your gambling?
-
Have you ever lied to cover up the amount of money or time you have spent gambling?
-
Do you stay away from work or college to gamble?
-
Do you gamble to escape from a boring or unhappy life?
-
Have you lost interest in your family, friends, or pastimes due to gambling?
-
Do you gamble until your last $&€ is gone?
-
Have you lied, stolen, or borrowed just to get money to gamble or to pay gambling debts?
-
Do you feel depressed or even suicidal because of your gambling?
-
After losing, do you feel you must try and win back your losses as soon as possible?
-
When gambling and you run out of money, do you feel lost and in despair, and need to gamble again as soon as possible?
If you have answered 'yes' to all or some of these questions, the more likely it is that you have a gambling problem and may wish to seek help and advice through the channels outlined above.
If you think you're starting to spend more money than you can afford, or if your gambling addiction is starting to disrupt your normal routine, we strongly recommend a few measures that can help. For example, you can set personal limits on your gambling activity, choose to isolate yourself, or seek help and support from independent organizations you trust or the ones mentioned above.
