Opening a Client Account

It is your obligation to keep your username and Password secret and confidential. You are responsible for ensuring that no one else can use your account and password, and you are responsible for all transactions that occur under your account, whether you knew of or consented to such transactions.

The one Client can have one Client Account. Please kindly note, that we reserve the right to close or suspend any Account without prior notice and return the funds from the deposit balance.

We reserve the right to ask you for a copy of your ID, proof of the address, copies of credit cards, approved signed purchase history and/or other relevant documentation or other confirmation (selfie, verification call etc.) to ensure prompt payment, prevent fraud. If you do not provide the requested documentation within 30 days or provide fraudulent documentation, we reserve the right to cancel the payment and/or close or block your Client account.

In case of suspicions of the loss of login (account number) and/or password, the Client is entitled to request change of its account data from the Company as soon as possible. Loss of password and other account data does not constitute the justified reason to cancel made bets or payout request.

Client account is subject of personal use and cannot be used commercially.
The Client account can be use only by Client. It is forbidden to share account for using be third parties.
The Сompany reserves the right to refuse or terminate the Client Account of any person who is found cheating, or making untrue and or malicious comment in regard to the Company operation. The Company reserves the right to disclose cheating and defrauding actions of Clients, together with their identities and email addresses. -
The Client can close their account at any time. In order to complete it in is necessary to send a request with Client account details and the reason of the closing to [email protected]
If the Client has an outstanding amount on his account, then this amount will be the subject of refund to applicable deductions and may not be less than 100 EUR.
Payouts

The SUVYD B.V. offer the Customer a several payments options. The company operates in EUR. The Player cannot demand payouts in other currencies except for the above-mentioned options.

The minimum withdrawal amount is 50 EUR. The maximum one-time withdrawal amount is 3,000 EUR (500 EUR for cards and e-wallets). If the user has more than the maximum one-time amount in their account, the remaining balance can be withdrawn later, subject to the following limits:
- Maximum withdrawal amount per day up to 3,000 EUR
- Maximum withdrawal amount per week up to 9,000 EUR
- Maximum withdrawal amount per month up to 30,000 EUR

Withdrawals must be made back to the User Account that the deposit originated from. This may not be possible in the event of a credit card deposit, in which case an alternative withdrawal method may need to be used. General

Eligibility

Bonus Activation

3.4. Expired bonuses and bonus winnings shall be forfeited upon expiration of the applicable promotional

Wagering Requirements
4.1. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements of up to 50x the bonus amount

4.2. Only eligible games contribute toward wagering requirements.

• opposite betting;

5.3. The Casino reserves the right to investigate any gameplay it deems suspicious.
5.4. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are final and binding. -
Withdrawals & Verification
6.1. All withdrawals are subject to mandatory verification procedures (KYC).
6.2. The Casino may request:
• identification documents;
• proof of address;
• payment verification;
• source of funds documentation;
• video verification;

6.3. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account
suspension and confiscation of bonus funds and winnings.

Maximum Cashout
7.1. Unless otherwise specified, winnings derived from no deposit bonuses or free spins may be subject to
a maximum withdrawal limit.
7.2. The Casino reserves the right to limit winnings from promotional funds.
7.3. Any winnings exceeding the maximum cashout limit shall be voided prior to withdrawal processing. -
Technical Errors
8.1. In the event of technical malfunction, software error, human error or system failure, all affected bets,
bonuses, winnings and transactions may be declared void.
8.2. The Casino is not liable for losses resulting from interrupted gameplay, server failures or software
malfunctions. -
Right to Refuse Service
9.1. The Casino reserves the right to close accounts, cancel bonuses, void winnings and refuse
withdrawals where abuse, fraud, risk exposure or regulatory concerns are suspected.
9.2. The Casino’s decision regarding any dispute related to promotions shall be final. -
Bonus Balance & Real Money Balance
10.1. Deposited funds (“Real Money Balance”) and bonus funds (“Bonus Balance”) are maintained
separately within the Player’s account.
10.2. Unless otherwise specified, wagers are deducted from the Real Money Balance first and
subsequently from the Bonus Balance.
10.3. Any withdrawal request submitted by the Player prior to completion of wagering requirements shall
require confirmation of bonus cancellation. By confirming the withdrawal request, the Player
acknowledges and agrees that all active bonuses, bonus balances and any winnings derived from such
bonuses will be automatically cancelled and forfeited.
10.4. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn unless wagering requirements and all applicable promotional
conditions have been fully completed.
10.5. The Casino reserves the right to determine the order of balance usage where required for
operational, technical or promotional purposes. - Final Provisions
11.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
11.2 If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
